Under the ambitious programme of social housing economic initiated by the late King His Majesty Hassan II, capable of producing 200 000 social housing, the Group Jamai immediately acceded to this national project which expresses confidence in the capabilities king mobilization of men and structures of the country around a draft economic and social scale.

The group Jamai has been in the 1st to meet this challenge with its residential complex Anassi pilot city regarded as a benchmark in terms of habitat.

The complex includes Anassi residential apartments built within a framework that ensures a perfect harmony between housing and the environment, green spaces that provide air to the complex and other infrastructure, inspired by the culture of modern urban planning which takes into account the specificities of the environment today.

The complex Anassi was developed over an area of 110 hectares, 40000 dwellings were made in addition to the infrastructure required: school, health centre, and other administrative services and sports.

On the coastal road of Azemmour, Jamai Group has built 500 luxury villas with private pools. The project called Anfa Bay, facing the sea is distinguished by its magnificent architecture and beauty of the site.
